Today Lily Anne had her two month appointment.
Her stats:
Weight: 9 lbs. 2 oz. 10th percentile
Length: 23 1/4 inches 75th percentile
The kid is long and lean. The pediatrician would like to see her put on a little more weight, but was not too concerned at this time. We are going to increase her caloric intake and recheck her weight the first week in May. When he examined her, he said she looked very healthy and might just be on the petite side when it comes to weight. We'll go back in early May for a weight check and hopefully she will be a little porker!
Of course the big "event" of the visit was getting her shots. 5 shots and 1 oral dose. Lily handled it as expected...she sucked the oral vaccine down like it was candy and screamed her head off during the shots. Luckily, she calmed down very fast after the shots and has been sleeping soundly in her swing this afternoon.
She has two very cute pink camouflage band aids on her thighs (they are almost as big as her thighs!)
We are going to attempt our "two month" photo shoot soon. Hopefully it will be more successful than the Easter shoot was :)

Bless her precious little heart. Give her kisses and hugs from Auntnaner and don't forget to kiss the boo-boos for me too. What a little darling. Can't wait to see her again and maybe next time Kayla can meet her new cousin. Love you all
Lily Anne is just trying to keep her bikini weight for the summer. You KNOW she wants to look long and lean by the pool. So glad to hear lots of good news. She's a beauty!
